- Authors willing to have their papers considered for poster or platform presentation will be required to submit a maximum of 1 A4 pages of text including the title, abstract, keywords and main text and 1 A4 pages for illustrations (i.e. tables, diagrams, graphs, etc).

- The conference will consist of two tracks:
- „Excellent Science“ is intended for developing a high quality research which can be published in the best international journals. Submission should be sent in English.
- „Industrial Development“ will highlight the possibility of commercialization of research results. Submission should be sent in English or Polish.
- Extended abstract should be uploaded into the submission system as a Word file and it must follow this template:
- In order to speed up the review process, authors must ensure that their submitted papers are according to the template.
- Accepted abstract submitted via the IWA online submission system will be included in the conference proceedings and will be distributed to all registered conference participants (subject to the registration of at least one of the authors for the paper).
- Once the outline paper is selected for either poster or platform presentation, at least one of the authors must register for the conference (before Early Bird Registration deadline in order to be included in the conference program) and present the paper at the conference.
- After the peer-review process, the authors will have the possibility to send their full paper to be published. The highest quality papers will be selected and submitted in the journals.
